There is an additional leather sofa in the sitting room/TV area, and an additional couch and seating area in the living room. Just off this living room is a balcony which overlooks Lone Mountain, and includes outdoor seating and a grill. A large, complete kitchen with stainless appliances, a huge dining table that seats 8, two full bathrooms, a private, in-unit hot tub room and a wood burning rock fireplace complete the space in this one level condo. Wi-fi, firewood, and accessible washer/dryer included. There are two 40-inch HD 1080p TVs with DirecTV, as well as Smart TV features with access to your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc., accounts.There is heated underground parking for one vehicle, additional parking above-ground, and an elevator, which will take you up to this second floor unit.Whether you are here to ski, fly-fish, golf, horseback ride or just get away from the every-day, this wonderful, clean, quiet condo is waiting for you.
