A large open concept living space with wrap around picture windows provides lots of natural light and plenty of space for all to gather.The main floor is equipped with two queen bedrooms. The master has an ensuite full bath and another guest full bath is next door to the guest room. The daylight basement is very cozy but also bright and roomy featuring a secondary living room equipped with TV. The laundry room,additional queen guest bedroom, and full bathroom complete the basement space. The bedroom has a private entrance for those late-nighters or early-risers.Sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the wrap around deck overlooking the waterfowl pond. *Signed Rental Agreement required upon booking*Attached apartment in the lower level but there are no shared spaces, completely separate from main house but may have guests staying at the same time.*Open water nearby, children must be watched at all times while outside the fenced yard*For property and guest safety, security blink/ring cameras are situated to monitor driveway and parking areas.* Up to two dogs are welcome but must be pre-approved and a $200 pet fee per stay is applied• All the lake activities you can imagine are available from Somers, Lakeside, or Bigfork• Within walking distance to Flathead Lake - Somers Beach State Park is the nearest access 1.5 miles• Walking distance to downtown Somers via the Historic Trail 1.5 miles• Glacier National Park – 55 min drive away• Blacktail Mountain – Skiing, X-Country Skiing, Snowshoeing – 30 min drive • Whitefish Ski Resort – 45 min drive and there are lots of summer activities.• Various Hot Springs throughout the region.
