Quiet & Peaceful Home minutes from Webster Lake & Indian Ranch Cozy home in good neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, hospitals, highways. Bedroom is on 2nd floor with a queen size bed, window a/c, blackout curtains, and a TV (you will need a fire stick or Roku). The living area is on the first floor - open concept kitchen, living, & dining room with the bathroom. Depending on your length of stay(over 30 days), we may need to access the home for routine maintenance but will communicate with you. No Smoking, No Pets allowed.The bedroom features a nice comfortable queen size bed, two nightstands with lamps, a bureau, and a wardrobe closet. TV provided, if you have a Roku or Firestick, you should bring that to connect to the Wi-Fi to watch your shows. The home is mostly finished with updated renovations to the Kitchen, Living room, and Dining room. Just some small cosmetics need to be completed and will be worked on in between guest visits.
