Sleeps 16 in beds! ~~~ 2 additional Queen pullout sofas sleep 4- Game room! Games with table for 6 plus 2 extra leaves Air (not just push) Hockey, Foosball, Pool, Ping Pong, and moreWe have two full sized refrigerators and a small one in the basement with a digital temperature control. The coffee maker brews ground and K-Cups.There is plenty of parking space, a circle drive and a 2 car garage.
