Lots of windows and natural light throughout.Fully-equipped eat-in kitchen. We are on the 3rd and 4th floors of a low rise building with a spiral staircase joining the floors in the townhouse. NO Elevator. There are 3 flights of steps to the main level. Four Bedrooms: Master: Main level/King bed/Oceanfront/TV/Ceiling fan/sliding doors to deckTwin Room: Main level/Twin beds/TV/private bathQueen Loft: Second levelQueen bed/Oceanfront/TV/Ceiling fan/9ft sliding door on to the upper deckQueen Upper: Second level Queen bed/Oceanfront/TV/Ceiling fan/Sliding door to upper deck Washer and dryer on first level:Conveniently located to Garden City Pier. Walking distance to shops and local entertainment. Wifi. 5 TV's, *parking is limited. Three spots total.
