Located on the first floor is a family room with TV and ½ bath, the laundry room and bedroom # 1 with 2 double beds. On the 2nd floor are the additional bedrooms, # 2 with a queen and twin bed, BR # 3 has a double bed and the 4th BR is the master with a queen bed and ½ bath. Also located on the 2nd floor is the kitchen, dining area and living room. Step out onto the deck and sit back and enjoy a glass a wine while your listening to the ocean waves crashing on the beach. This property rents Friday to Friday!CHECK IN 3PM/CHECK OUT 10AM For the 2023 summer the owner will be Installing new shades, new living room lamps and a new garage door.
