Terrific 3-bedroom house in Pace with mini farm! Pet & family friendly location. Get ready to relax in this 3-bedroom house in Pace. This property offers a welcoming atmosphere that will make guests feel right at home. With 1 queen bed, 1 futon loft bed, 1 child bed and large L shape couch there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The house features a charcoal grill, AC, Ninja coffee/espresso maker and large play room for kids! The 2 bathrooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities. Within the pet friendly fenced yard you'll fine 3 kayaks available for use. Plenty of farm life with several chickens and our beautiful pig Maple! A large park just around the corner of the home as well as 10 minutes from access to Black Water River. Many trails as well as shopping. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our beautiful house.
