Welcome to Our Home - Pace/Pensacola - Pet friendly - Close to beaches! Nestled in a peaceful & safe neighborhood in Pace, Florida, your home away from home is just minutes from water access to Black Water River as well as the city of Pensacola. It is close to restaurants, shops, UWF, Whiting Naval, & Pace High School. Pensacola Beach is 20 miles away. Navarre Beach is 30 miles away. Our #1 priority is to make this experience comfortable, pleasurable, & memorable for you! We have a full kitchen, screened in patio, bonfire pit, free parking, & free Wi-Fi.This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home has an extremely comfortable king bed & 2 queen beds. There is plenty of space to bring a blow up mattress as well.We also happily offer a Tesla to rent during your stay (if availability allows). Check out our Turo page for availability & booking😊 Feel free to message us with any questions or to help you book the Tesla.Pets are allowed, but must be discussed with hosts prior to booking. $50 pet fee must be paid for and pet must be trained. You will be responsible for any damages from pet.If you come around the right time of the year, you can help yourself to the peaches from our peach tree in the backyard (usually around May)!
