This 2-story duplex house features 11-foot ceilings throughout, large living room, dining room that seats 10-12, updated kitchen and baths, game room with pool table and arcade (Games are NFL Blitz & 12 in 1 classic games) , library, two covered patios/porches, swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit (provide your own firewood), fenced backyard and updated furnishings. ***Note - This property is a duplex. The left side is currently rented so you may see the residents from time to time. However, the backyard and pool/hot tub are for guests only. Also, note per the City requirements there are no more than 4 unrelated parties/families allowed to stay at the property. This is to prevent the streets from becoming too crowded with cars. Please carpool with few cars if possible!
