Time for some R&R Monkey Island Pointe is an A frame, and has everything you need for a terrific getaway. This cabin has an open floor plan with an adorable kitchen, and island counter. There is a large dining room table that will easily seat six. Two barstools are also available for island seating. Don’t forget the wood burning fireplace! Everything is kept clean and fresh, with many of your every day essentials provided. Towels, soap, and other items are available. Forgot got shampoo..no problem. We’ve got you covered. Cool feature for the kids, the downstairs and upstairs bathroom seats glow in the dark. There are also glow in the dark stars with black light flash lights by the bunk beds. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed with fresh linens, and ample pillows. The main room also has a safe, night stands, and dresser. If you need to iron or hang anything, you’ll find those essentials in the closet.Toward the back of the house you will find a laundry room with washer/dryer- along with supplies. Past the laundry room you will find an indoor patio with a bar, and extra seating to use on the outdoor patio in the back. Outdoor games like frisbee are behind the bar. The front deck has an amazing view of Grand Lake- along with a fire pit that takes propane which is provided. The glass rock lights up beautifully in the evening. There is a table, umbrella, and seating for your comfort. Extra blankets are available in the house, get cozy and have fun!Back inside, you can take the stairs up to the loft. Hold on to the rails when taking the stairs. In the loft you will find a double size bunk bed with a third pull out available under the bottom bunk, and musical instruments on the shelves.Upstairs you will also find another bathroom stocked with fresh supplies. There is another bedroom upstairs with a queen size bed, tv, and a balcony with seating. Hang out and watch the deer walk right through the yard.In the back yard you can bar-b-q or hang out in the hammock! Books, and games are in the cubbies under the desk, and stairs- for all our guests to enjoy. Corn hole, and frisbee are in the other nooks- to get the fun started outdoors.The house is full of hidden gems for your enjoyment!A retractable baby gate is attached to the bottom of the stairs for use as needed.
