Leander is one of the fastest-growing cities in the nation so there is no shortage of things to do, from parks, restaurants, shopping and more, everything is still close and convenient!This recently-renovated home was designed with families in mind. It features an open concept layout with a large kitchen island. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a 40-inch smart TV (Netflix, Disney+) and a private en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and Smart TV. Kids will love the 3rd bedroom which features bunk beds, bean bag chairs and toys and books. A pack and play and high chair are also available. The home has a large, fenced backyard perfect for kids to run around and play.While my maximum occupancy is seven, the home was designed to comfortably accommodate four adults and two children or teens.During summer months (Memorial weekend - Labor Day weekend), there is a public Junior Olympic size swimming pool just 4 mins away and I will reimburse the cost of admission, just send me a photo of your receipt!
