We are in the process of sourcing the proper equipment to remove these streaks, however the mirror and bathroom have been cleaned and disinfected for useNo shoes in the carpeted bedrooms.We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules.You must climb the stairs to enter this property. This unit is on the 3rd floorWe provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional consumables from nearby stores that they think you might need during their stay beyond what's included in the starter kit.We have recently changed the coffee table from what is shown in the photos. The updated table is different from what you might see in the images, but it is equally functional and stylish.The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean the gym, and other shared amenities as they see fit at any time. Bugs and creatures such as silverfish, earwigs, cockroaches/waterbugs, scorpions, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, flies, snails, moths, ants, etc. are all very common in Texas and the South in general, and might show up in the home from time-to-time. The presence of a few of these critters does not indicate any sort of infestation in the home, as usually, it's just the critters trying to escape the blistering heat or the freezing cold like everyone else.As Texas temperature starts to heat up, please be aware that your units' AC may only cool down to a certain temperature, especially if the blinds are opened or the unit gets sunlight.
