Plenty of space to spread out & enjoy relaxing, cooking, and playing together. We are centrally located in the Rockies with a 2hr radius of fun. 25 min from Colorado Springs, 1.5 to Denver, 1.5 to Breckenridge. Woodland Park, 3min. Adventures are endless. Or just stay home and be together, comfortably. Pets are welcome with approval! The living areas are large and spacious it's perfect for two families to be together. Kids can hang out downstairs with a fireplace, foosball, basketball hoops, board games, and PlayStation. Adults can enjoy their solitude in the upstairs living area with a large flat-screen TV and fireplace. Take the fun outside with two huge backyards. Sit in the hot tub, roast marshmallows in the fire pit, & a BBQ! The views are amazing you can miss the sunsets off the upper deck. The view of Pikes Peak is breathtaking. You will love this modern Colorado-style home away from home. We need to let you know that we had to add a 10% Administrative tax for Woodland Park City lodging tax.
