Located just over half a mile from trendy shops, restaurants and entertainment in downtown Battle Lake. West Battle is a 5,500+ acre lake with 108ft maximum depth and 15.4ft water clarity great for all types of water recreation. You will love the level yard - Great spot for gatherings! Laundry, A/C, fireplace, gas grill included. Bedroom configurations: BR 1: king, BR2: king, BR3: queen, BR4: 1 queen and 1 twin. $50 per person, per night for additional guests over the amount of 8. Beds/bedding for additional people are provided by guests. Absolute maximum is 12.This home is towards the end of a quiet road but does have neighbors on either side. We do not allow parties of any kind, campers, RV’s or pets. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am and is strictly enforced. Parking is limited to designated areas.We have the highest quality professional housekeepers in the area. They wash all bed linens off site. Bath towels are provided. We provide the following items: Liquid hand soap, individual bar soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs.Please review and understand our house rules so we can ensure the place is a good fit your group.
