Modern lake house with sandy beach! Perfect for families/couples! Whether you’re looking for a place for your family to swim or kayak on the lake, or a quiet getaway to read and relax, this is a perfect place to spend a few days or a week! The back yard has tall maple trees to provide shade in the summer, as well as a lake front with a sandy bottom, perfect for swimming. Take out a kayak or standup paddle board, or just fish from the dock. We have a sandy area with sand toys for the kids, a hammock, a tree swing, as well as a swing to enjoy the lake.The house features a modern kitchen, with a dining area and living room. There is a 65” TV in the living room, and the house also has high-speed internet. There are three small bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a full bed (slightly smaller than a queen), and one room has a bunk bed with two twins. For those who need to do some work during their stay, the bunk room features a desk with a dual monitor setup, along with a keyboard and mouse. All you need is a laptop with a USB-C port, and you are easily ready to work. The house has a sun room to enjoy the view, as well as a grill and deck seating.
