The entryways and laundry (in the basement) are shared. Bedrooms are large, one is has added accessibility for wheelchairs and walker (it has a private bathroom). This property is part of a duplex, the courtyard amenities are yours. Upper Unit guests are welcomed to enter through the back gate and use the hose in the back to clean-up post beach.Guest accessYou will be a 4-minute drive to Downtown Racine, 1-minute walk to the Racine Zoo, 4-minute walk to the beach, and 18-minute walk along the shoreline to the North beach Oasis (restaurant/bar on the beach) and Kids Cove (Amazing and large playground). 2 parking places (one on the right side of the garage and one on the right side of the driveway). Parking is also available in the lot behind the house (parking is not allowed in the parking lot when snowfall is over 1 inch and on July 3rd-4th. Street parking is available.)
