There is a shared dock with multiple boat slips. Parking for 3 vehicles. Enjoy this new ice castle with awning, fridge/freezer, oven, stove, microwave, pazzaz, keurig, flushing toilet, shower, AC & Heat. The space: The camper is powered by batteries and a generator. (Included) (gas is needed and not included) The shower and sink has limited water from its holding tank. Guest access: You will have full access to the camper and land it sits on. There is a shared dock for your boat and boat house that has kayaks.
