There is space to tie up your pontoon or small fishing boat at our dock. Local Boat Ramp close by. Access to beautiful sunrises and sunsets, or enjoy a swim in the Currituck Sound, bring your fishing gear and fish to your hearts content. Our neighborhood restaurant and bar in 5 minutes away and located in the neighborhood. The neighborhood has a small park with children's playset. If you prefer a quiet day or night in, cozy up on the sofa in front of the fireplace and watch a movie on the 55" Smart TV. This home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, Huge bathroom with walk in shower. Linens and towels provided as well as travel size toiletries. Cable and Internet provided along with a phone charging pad at the butler station. This home also comes with an outdoor shower, Firepit, and a fish cleaning station.
