A Cozy Peaceful Space for a Family Getaway Welcome to our charming retreat, the ideal destination for your next stay! Nestled in the heart of a serene community, our home offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it the perfect escape for families, couples, and solo travelers alike. You will feel right at home in this cozy home! There are several restaurants and shops located minutes from the home! Come kick your feet up and relax!No smoking of any kind is permitted. Smoking, whether cigarettes, pipes, cigars, or marijuana is absorbed into the carpets, drapes, bedding, etc. If smoking has occurred within the property, a charge of $500 will be assessed to restore the property to its original standard. Action will also be taken to prevent future use of the property. The property has 3 cameras, one located in the front of the house which captures the front yard, one on both sides of the house, and one near the back door capturing the backyard. The cameras will be ON during reservations. No pets allowed No events, parties, or large gatherings. If it is reported and confirmed that a party was held, you will be notified to depart the property as soon as possible which will result in a $500 fine. Must be at least 25 years of age to book this property. Usage of the grill is complimentary; however, you are required to clean it before leaving. If it is left dirty, a $50 charge will apply. Please use coasters on the coffee tables and downstairs at the bar. Please report any damages that occur to the Guest Contact immediately. To complete your reservation, a valid form of identification is required (drivers license, passport). The person completing the reservation is the primary resident and responsible person during their stay.
