Backyard is shared with the tenants. There is a grill for the tenant in the other unit, do not use without permission and if to use, be sure to use it outside and not on the deck.The private screened deck downstairs isn’t shared. It’s for guests only.Upstairs deck isn’t to be accessed by guest as it belongs to the tenant that lives upstairs.The entrance is the fence with the sign in front of the driveway.Other things to noteHome is in the ground floor section with its own entrance. It is not in the basement. This is not a basement home.There is a family that lives upstairs. They are very private and keep to themselves. There is another unit in the home for other guests too. Home has a total of 3 units and is in a peaceful neighborhood.The single white concrete part of the driveway for only one car next to the main road is for guests of this unit.Garage isn’t accessible to guests.The private patio isn’t shared.Backyard is shared. The backyard is large.
