Illinois Historic Cross Home/Barn/Fishing McLeansboro Hello. Although were new to VRBO, we have significant bookings on Airbnb. Our family has owned our land since 1856. My ancestors cleared the land and in 1866 built the home and barn we proudly offer to guests. The property was awarded by the Governor of Illinois as a Historic home/barn landmark and were committed to its future. As such, we have made numerous enhancements while retaining its heritage. We offer 3 remodeled bathrooms (main bathroom tub/shower). Additionally, our home sleeps 15 people. We have 4 large bedrooms and portable crib. Enjoy trails, 2 stocked ponds (poles provided), feed horses/fish. Wood burning fireplace/outdoor fire pit. Near Rend Lake, Wineries, golf, Shawnee Forest/Giant City/water park & Big Red Barn wedding hall. Internet, stove, microwave, coffee maker (coffee provided), washer/dryer, AC, 4 TV's, propane and BBQ grill, and many outdoor activities such as horseshoes. Whether the weather is sunny or rainy our large barn loft offers activities such as Ping Pong, Foosball, and darts. It would be our pleasure to host you.
