Discount for longer rentals, up to one or two months. The home has beds for up to 10 adults .There is a deck with grill, a firepit and two acres of grass, the rest is wooded. The driveway has a large parking area. There is no garage parking available. Enjoy the firepit and the kids can explore in the woods or play on the beautiful lawn. Firewood is available for a fee.Feel free to host guests during your stay, with a maximum of 16 people total. Special Note: Due to the nature of this property and the upkeep required, you will, on occasion, see us on the property to mow the lawn, pick fruit during harvest time, and other lawn maintenance. We love meeting our guests. We will meet you upon arrival and show you around and give you the lock code at that time. Feel free to host guests, with a maximum of 16 people for a small event. ACCESSIBILITY: The home has two steps up to get into the house, and 7 steps to go up to the main level inside or 7 steps down to the lower level. Inside there is a hand railing on one side of the stairway to the upper level.We are 19 miles from Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport and 16 miles from the Mall of America.
