Plenty of parking on the premises.Centrally located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, the house is located within 200 yards of Alderfer/Three Sisters park trailhead with extensive trails for hiking, cycling, climbing and horseback riding. You can hike or take a shortdriveto Evergreen Lake and the quaintEvergreen downtown area.
