This traditional home is a ranch style classic with three bedrooms on the first floor and 1.5 baths. Comfortable amenities and kitchen, living room etc. Through the garage and down the stairs is the "team room". 5 Full Size Bunk Beds, for possible sleeping of 20 or more. Couches also convert to beds and a full bath and laundry are located in the finished basement. Full bath and shower in basement. Parking for 6 vehicles total. Enough plates, cups, and tp for the whole squad. A 4 season dining area to get everyone together. Large, fenced back yard with a grill (bring your own propane), wrap around deck with outdoor furniture. Half a mile to Sport One facility, very close to Coliseum and downtown Fort Wayne. Fort Wayne Zoo and other amenities very close!
