Lovingly remodeled and restored to its former grandeur. Thoughtful touches throughout. Restored hardwoods, shiplap walls, vintage decor, original art. Fall in-love with the delightful kitchen with modern appliances, farm sink, champaign bronze fixtures, shiplap walls and butcher block countertops. Coffee, teas, spices, dishes and cooking supplies are all provided.Only the finest luxury bedding will do for our guests! Each bedroom has a queen brass bed, Serta Perfect Sleeper pillow-tops and high quality cotton percale sheets. The living room has a sofa pull-out with a full-sized memory foam mattress. Both bathrooms are updated and full of charm! There is also an expansive backyard and patio, front load washer & dryer, ample parking and so much more!** Other Things to Note:* Cleaning fee is based on a 1 month stay (or less). An additional cleaning fee may apply for longer stays. Reach out to host for details. - Ask about our cleaning fee discount for stays under 3 days. * The cottage is best suited for up to 3 guests for monthly stays, and 4 for short term stays (under a month). Contact host for certain exceptions to your guest count. * Pets must be approved in advance. Ask to read our pet policy. Best suited for small breeds. Prefer no multiple pets. Note that the yard is not fully fenced (ask about Stones Throw Cottage if you need fencing). Must be 24, or over, to reserve.* The cottage is not child-proofed. Inform host if bringing children, and their ages, for safety instructions. Best suited for older children. * There is a spacious partially-fenced backyard with a patio and a grill for your use.
