The pool house has a 4th bedroom w/ two queen beds, bunk bed & full kitchen. HUGE GAMEROOM w/ pool table, poker table, AIR Hockey & shuffleboard FOR INSIDE FUN even with bad weather! Events/Parties allowed with approval.RV and BOAT Parking inside our privacy gates. This house does allow small parties and events but may require an additional fee and must be approved before booking.The land is gated and private and you have the entire property to yourself.We offer 24 hour checkin via key code and 24 hour customer service.The house is on a private road and is completely fenced and secure. We do ask that you drive slowly on the private road and respect all of our neighbors.House Rules Check-In Time: 4 p.m. Check-Out Time: 11 a.m. 1. Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. until 7 a.m. on weekdays, and 11 p.m. until 8 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. -Maximum Occupancy: 16 unless agreed to in writing before arrival 2. Primary renter must be present during entire stay. 3. No pets allowed anywhere on the property. 4. No smoking of any kind inside our home. Immediate eviction and additional fees will be applied for violations.
