Book cliff bungalow, outstanding views and the best location in town! Newly remodeled this home is very comfortable and clean. Relax as you look out the two huge windows at the beautiful book cliff county club golf course, and the book-cliffs. The best location in town, its very close to everything, from mountain biking and hiking on world class trails, to CMU which is just a few blocks away. Its only 2 miles away from the airport, and sits right on a golf course. Just a few minutes from the highway you have easy access to getting quickly to palisade where there is an abundance of wineries and orchards. Its also just 10 minutes aways from downtown where there is great shopping and tons of places to eat. Whatever you want to do our beautiful home is in the center of it all. Three spacious bedrooms and two full baths will make your stay comfortable. The home is also very private and has a large back yard with a fire pit where you can hang out in the evenings.
