CMU, Colorado National Monument, Mountain biking, hiking, Fruit and Wine Byway, and much more. The main level offers a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room and 1/2 bath. The sliding door off of the dining area leads to a fully fenced private patio, BBQ grill and outdoor dining seating. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Bedroom 1 includes king sized memory foam mattress with a sliding door leading to a private balcony with seating. Black out curtains are provided for the sliding door. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen sized memory foam bed with black out blinds. Grassy common area available for the pups! Onsite shared free shared laundry facilities, located at the end of the building in the laundry room. Laundry detergent provided for you during your stay. 3 parking spots available for each unit. Parking lot can accommodate trailers, boats, uhauls, etc. Roku smart TV for access to all your apps, like netflix. 300 mbps wifi. Pets are allowed for an additional $20/night, up to 2 pet MAX Must sign rental agreement prior to stay.
