The laundry area leads to the outdoor deck and grilling area. There is also a fish cleaning station and plenty of space to dock a boat.It's location offers many reasons to stay. Whether you plan on relaxing at home drinking your morning coffee on the deck and fishing directly from the backyard or venturing out; the opportunities are unlimited. The home is just a few minutes from the downtown area which provides all the entertainment you are looking for.A walk down Water Street (main strip) will expose the many different scenery options along with many little shops, boutiques, restaurants, cafes, etc. Be prepared to spend the day experiencing all the beauty Marine City has to offer.
