There is a 26' boat slip available [with additional available], and the ability to accommodate up to 60' boats. A fishing boat is available for rent.This home features a whole house water filter system, completely stocked kitchen, wifi, cable tv, (2) kayaks, life jackets, parking for 4 vehicles, fenced in yard for your pet, (min 1 crate trained pet) bonfire pit, water toys, and more. There is a ferry to get to the island that costs 15.00.
