Easy walking path to the water's edge. Carport and extra parking for your cars. The main floor contains living, dining, kitchen, master bedroom (queen bed), full bath and laundry area. The upper deck, complete with a big view, is accessed by two patio doors from this level. The lower level has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and one full bathroom. Each bedroom has private sliding glass door access to the lower deck. Sleeping for eight is completed with a queen size sleeper/sofa in the living area. One Mature well-behaved dog is welcome. No puppies please. Pet Fee one dog, is $45.00 per stay.The Lost Bridge Village Recreation Center has a lakefront Community Swimming Pool open from Memorial Day till Labor Day. There is a charge of $4 per person per day. There is also a free playground for the kids, shuffleboard, basketball court, and a lakefront picnic area with grills. Lost Bridge Village sprawls over several areas around Beaver Lake including Whitney Mountain, which is the highest point over Beaver Lake. No fireworks allowed.Located minutes from Lost Bridge North Marina. Boat Launches are available at Lost Bridge North Park, Lost Bridge South Park, Off Black Oak Drive in Lost Bridge Village or at the Ventris Boat Launch. There are walking trails at Lost Bridge North Park at 12485 Marina Road in Garfield. Home is located about 30 minutes from (half-way between) Rogers https://visitrogersarkansas.com and Eureka Springs https://www.eurekasprings.org.
