The house has two air conditioning units (Seasonal). Fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. One car long garage to park vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles and water crafts. The garage is especially useful in the event of unexpected mechanical issues where working indoors will keep you out of the elements. The house is fully accessible to 585 miles of ATV trails, 3000 miles of snowmobile trails, 30-45 minutes from multiple ski hills, Porcupine Mountain National Park, Bond Falls, Agate Falls, and hiking trails. The house is a block away from the snowmobile and ATV trails, grocery store, gas station, restaurants and bars.
