Great vacation in the heart of Pentwater Looking for a great place to gather with friends and family? This vacation getaway is a 3 floor home away from home. Great location - near downtown and walking distance from beach. This cottage is a block away from the park and the library. Location has a great room on main floor with gas fireplace, first floor bedroom and full bath. Lower level includes finished basement with bar, bedroom and full bath. There is a 2nd floor gathering area and large bonus room that sleeps 6. Property has a deck and gas grill for outdoor fun and a large yard. HD TV is available with DVD player. The location has WIFI. We do not provide sheets or towels. AC usage fee will occur when you use air with outside temperature under 80 F.
