The house is directly across the street from the lake’s private access. (We have 2 other properties close by 4846442 FAITH and 4844413 CHARITY) There is a fire pit, picnic table, and if you like to fish you can do that too! They stock the lake every year.The side deck is good for grilling. In the backyard there is a fire pit for late night campfires.The house has all the amenities you need including Air-Conditioning. A full size washer and dryer, plenty of parking for dune buggies and trailers. The location is great. Secluded enough to relax, but close enough to all the action if you are up for it. Downtown Silver Lake is approximately 2 miles away where you can rent Jeeps, dune buggies, jet skis, boats etc. If you have any questions about the house just ask!Quiet Hours: As neighbors are close and families have young children we will ask that all guests respect quiet hours. Quiet hours will begin at 10:00 pm and end at 7 a.m. We have internet. Although the house yields itself for larger gatherings, parties will not be tolerated.We have a No Pet Policy.
