FEET the Silver Lake Sand Dune Entrance! Enjoy a large open floor plan in this 1400sq ft cottage built in the 2003. New floors 2022. A perfect entertainment living with comfortable furnishings and 75” TV with access to your favorite streaming services. Amenities include Central Air Conditioning, 2 full bathrooms, laundry room, well-equipped kitchen, and a 2 car-garage. You can comfortably seat and entertain 10-12 people in the living room and kitchen. BBQ is available for use on the back patio, but plan to bring your own propane in case we are out. Ample parking is available in the front yard for up to 4 vehicles and 2 large trailers. We can help with additional parking accommodations if notified in advance. Sleep space includes 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 2 twin beds. There is also floor space in 2 bedrooms for you to bring and blow up 1 queen air mattress and 1 full air mattress. Coffee maker, Toaster, and general kitchen needs are on site. The house is behind Silverback Off-road Rentals use that for GPS purposes until the address is automatically sent to you!If you intend to bring more than 2 pets please contact us.
