The well-equipped kitchen and inviting living space provide all the comforts of home.Both houses have access to a shared pier and the option to rent our pontoon boat, allowing you to explore the beautiful lake at your leisure. Each house offers its own set of amenities, ensuring everyone has their own space while still being in close proximity.- Pontoon Boat Rental: For added adventure and fun on the water, we offer pontoon boat rentals at an additional cost of $150 per day. Cruise the lake, enjoy water activities, and create lasting memories with your loved ones.- Kayaks and paddle boards are next to Cottage B and free for everyone to use. We have a total of 4 kayaks, one paddle board (adult size) and two paddle boards (kids size) all included in your stay. - Cornhole Toss Game only available for your backyard fun :)- Quiet Hours: We kindly request all guests to observe the town's quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am. This allows everyone to enjoy a peaceful and restful stay.- No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the houses or on the premises. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the property smoke-free.- Pet-Friendly Accommodation: We understand the joy of bringing your furry friend along on your vacation. We allow one (2) dog to accompany you during your stay. Please inform us in advance if you wish to bring your dog. A non-refundable pet fee of $55 per stay applies. Failure to inform us about your dog's presence may result in a $1,000 pet fee.- Spiral Staircase: Please note that the Brown House has a spiral staircase that may not be suitable for young children or individuals with mobility concerns. We prioritize the safety of our guests, and we want to ensure a secure environment for everyone. Please consider this when making your booking.- Keypad: Enter the code and then press "Unlock." The code will be sent to you 2 days before check-in.Please note: Violating our house rules may result in a $500 fine.We want to ensure that your stay at our waterfront retreat is as pleasant and enjoyable as possible.
