Family haven w/pool close to College of Wooster and downtown Welcome to your home away from home - a custom-designed, mid-century house on a peaceful, centrally located street, within walking distance of the College of Wooster. The entire home is available to renters, and is complete one-story living, with a large fully equipped, eat-in kitchen, combined living/dining area with a dining table, smart tv with Roku, as well as board games and books. Down the hall are three spacious bedrooms and more storage. There are a total of three full baths, a laundry room available for guest use, and plenty of closet space and built-ins for your stay. The first bedroom has a king sized bed, three closets and a private bath with a tub/shower as well as a separate vanity area. All mattresses and box-springs are locally Amish-made, the same grade used in hotels.In warm months enjoy the three seasons room that leads to the pergola in the backyard and in-ground pool! The pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pool is available to renters staying in the house only.There is ample off-street parking and a large yard to enjoy. The family friendly neighborhood is quiet with mature trees, perfect for walking, with a park in walking distance. The house is equi-distance from the north end shopping/movie theater, and the downtown dining, shops and events. Owners live next door. No pets allowed. No smoking.No events/parties without prior approval.Rate is for 4 renters/night; additional renters will add a fee/night.We hope you enjoy the home and all it has to offer, and ask that you respect the families neighboring the property.
