By confirming this booking, guests agree to abide by the following: 1. No parties or events allowed. 2. No smoking allowed. A fine of $350 will be applied if smoking occurs in the home. 3. No unregistered guests allowed. You are welcome to bring friends and family as long a list of names, and visiting dates are provided to the host. 4. We live in a residential community and have a great relationship with our neighbors. Please respect our neighbors privacy and monitor noise levels throughout the day. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. No loud music or elevated voices allowed. 5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. Immediate removal from the home will be requested if any laws are broken.6. Any lost keys, or parking permits will result in a fee of $250 per item.7. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.
