Enjoy a delightful getaway in one of Maine's best locations, with direct walking access to local community beach, town docks and quintessential New England market.The great locals only beach cottage is nestled within a quiet oceanside residential community yet a short 7 minute drive to downtown Portland and 15 min to the Portland jetport. Fully stocked kitchen, nice furniture, Wifi and cable, BBQ grill, deck, comfortable beds, great sleeping temperatures with ocean breezes.Typically offered on a weekly basis, and monthly during winter months (Nov-April). Shorter stays are considered usually with 4 night minimum, and premium weekend-only nightly rates apply. Exceptions considered on a case by case basis. Please send a message.Also nearby (walking distance): Handy Boat marina and restaurant with Saltwater Grille waterfront bar & restaurant. Portland Paddle rental boards avail at Town Landing, Launch your watercraft to adventure to nearby islands on Casco Bay. Go Fishing from town pier or in Casco Bay, great striper run!
