Gas grill (with grilling basket and utensils) and dining table on upper level deck. Two bedrooms and one bath on the upper level, and two bedrooms and one bath in the lower level.Kitchen has basic spices, coffee maker, Keurig (no pods). Nice fire pit in the backyard for hotdogs, smores, and just hanging out. There is one folding push/pull golf caddy, a couple of kid bikes, boogie board, a few outside games/toys for kids, and beach blanket.
