The property is equipped with an exterior security camera which is located at the front door. The camera is installed primarily as a theft deterrent. No cameras are placed inside or with any view of the interior of the property. Security cameras may be used to verify compliance with rental policies.We have the entrance, walk into the living room, and kitchen area with open space. Deck outside the back door with an electric barbecue. Amazing view from the patio. When you go upstairs there is a washer and dryer for guests use.
