My Guest Book will list everything nearby! An outdoor enthusiast's dream location as this home has adventures N, S, E & W of here!There are no steps into or inside the home! Walking distance to restaurants. Traveling in the winter? This property is located on a road that is plowed by the state. The driveway is flat and there are no steps to the house or once inside!The backyard is flat, mowed and 1/2 of an acre of the property is fenced in. Lots of room for kids and dogs to play!The rooms are spacious with high ceilings. Enjoy sitting on the patio with a fire in the firepit - in the summer! Yes, temperatures generally range about 15 degrees here than in Charlotte, NC. Most nights require a light jacket/sweater/hoodie.Located in the town limits of Newland, walkable to restaurants and stores.
