Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, range, refrigeration, Keurig, fine china and stemware, new linens and towels, on site laundry. The bath and linens are sanitized with bleach. Unit utilities are 100% electric, so no need for a CO2 or gas detector.You get the whole apartment, a community barbecue, picnic table, plus access to onsite laundry facilities. ** Please inquire about sleeping more than 2 at this location. Sofa bed is not made up unless prior arrangements have been made. And there will be extra $25 for using the sofabed (housekeeping and laundry.). *** If you need wheel chair access to the apartment, let us know, we have a portable ramp to the front door and I can send you pictures.Well lit parking and entry. No keys to fumble with just type in a code and you are home! Other residents of this complex are super friendly and will look out for you if you ask them.We already have in place cleaning and sanitizing standards that were developed by a health and safety professional with a masters degree, and numerous certifications including Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP), EGLE (MDEQ), ASP, CSM and HVAC EPA Clean Air cert and 15 years experience in medical and hazardous materials.
