This award-winning mountain retreat community features 3 9-hole golf courses, 16 tennis courts, 3 lakes, three pools, a spa, hiking trails, biking trails, jeep trails, and sports fields. It also has a beach club with a swimming lake with sandy beaches, a pool, a waterfall rock slide, canoes, paddle boats, and beach volleyball.The view is the centerpiece of this mountain retreat. Longview boasts breathtaking views of the southern tail of the Appalachian Mountains. All but two rooms in this retreat have a postcard-worthy view. This spacious home has 4 bedrooms/4.5 bathrooms with light-filled airy rooms. The custom bunk room sleeps 4 with each bed's occupant pampered with their own tv and reading/night light. Enjoy morning coffee on the balcony and watch the sunrise or take it in huddled in front of the fireplace on the screened-in deck. The Gathering Room has three TVs to keep viewers occupied as they play pool or take in a game/movie. High-speed internet will keep all the guest's phones/tablets connected. The Tasting Room has a bar and plenty of seating for the grown-ups if they choose to relax with beverages once the kids have gone to sleep. Longview sleeps 10, pampers guests with custom furniture, 2 gas fireplaces, a newly renovated kitchen with Wolf and Kitchen Aid appliances, 16 TVs, a pool table, and all the amenities of a premier resort mountain community.
