Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway with your sweetheart, or a family vacation, this gorgeous townhome has everything you will need.The first bedroom is located on your right as you enter the home, and features a queen bed with soft pillows and high quality linens. Continuing down the hallway the first floor bathroom is complete with a shower/tub combo and large vanity area. The spacious downstairs living room has two plush leather sofas that give everyone the best seat in front of the crackling electric fireplace and flat screen TV, perfect for a family game night or movie night! The cozy dining room sits conveniently in between the living room and the kitchen, opening up the entire downstairs for easy transitions from room to room. The dining room provides a comfortable place for everyone to sit down and enjoy a meal and overlooks the private back patio. The fully furnished kitchen has all of the modern appliances you need to prepare, enjoy and clean up after a family meal. The ample counter space, custom cabinets and wide variety of dishware and utensils allow you to serve meals with ease. Just off of the dining and living rooms are two sliding glass door to the back patio, which features a round table with six patio chairs, and a propane BBQ for grilling.As you enter the upstairs, you're welcomed by a second spacious family room with two comfortable sofas, and access to a second story patio overlooking the back of the property. This additional space is a great option for adults while kids watch a movie downstairs. Off of the second family room is the master suite. This private master suite features a king size bed with a bathroom, featuring a shower/tub combo and large vanity area. Up on the third floor is the third bedroom, furnished with three twin-size beds. This cozy room has a dresser, closet space and two small windows overlooking the second floor.A quick walk through using the virtual tour will reveal the effortless transition from room to room.Guests also have the option of enjoying the community lake frontage on Canandaigua Lake, just a 10 minute walk away! Enjoy a relaxing day by the water, with picturesque views of Canandaigua Lake. This townhome is situated just one mile from Heron Hill Winery's Canandaigua tasting room.This property is closely monitored for responsible renting and must abide by South Bristol Rental Guidelines.
