Roseland Waterpark right down the road. In winter it is just 15 min from Bristol Mountain. Home to the Wine and Culinary Center featuring food and wines from every winery in New York State. Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Condo has 1 full bathroom with shower and a half bath on the main floor. Condo also has WIFI, Hulu Live and Netflix. Beach is open seasonal May-September. There is flexibility with time if there is not a back to back stay. Sorry NO pets and NO parties allowed.
