Situated across from the Suttons Bay Marina, Bayview Cottage is a short walk to all the village of Suttons Bay has to offer: gourmet and casual dining, charming boutique shopping and specialty stores which make Suttons Bay unique! Enjoy early morning coffee on the back deck overlooking the Guest House Garden, or stroll the pier and wander the marina as the early morning sun rises! Wine tasting, as well as fine dining, abounds in the heart of wine country. Bayview has 2 oversized sleeping rooms with queen beds and all of the amenities of home!! The primary bedroom has new (2024) ensuite tile bath. The main bath completed in 2024 has tile shower over tub. Wood & tile with area rugs offer a clean and welcoming enviroment.Nearby attractions include Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, Leelanau Sands Casino, and the Interlochen Center for the Arts. Sprinkled throughout Leelanau County you will discover charming villages, wineries, antique dealers, and outdoor recreational opportunities, including access to Lake Michigan. Traverse City is just 20 minutes away, offering 'city style' entertainment for those so inclined.The Leelanau Trail offering paved biking, jogging, walking is literally right out your door. Head north a few miles or be adventuresome and head south 15 miles all the way to Traverse City. Suttons Bay Bikes is located one block south and rents pedal and ebikes for your excursion.
