The Shire, a fun cabin retreat. Warm and cozy, nestled trailside in the woods. Take it easy for a week, SUNDAY to SUNDAY at this unique, tranquil getaway. Enjoy thousands of acres of state land for trail riding of all types. Rivers and lakes are within reach, as is Kalkaska, Fife Lake, Bellaire, Elk Rapids, and Traverse City, with restaurants and other fun things to do and see. Skiing at Schuss Mtn., Shanty Creek, Boyne Mtn. is very accessible. Cement floors with in floor heat and a gas fireplace will warm up those cold feet. Open concept living with a dining table to fit all 6 guests. Wall mount 55" smart TV.The #1 bedroom has an attached bathroom, and the #2 bedroom has a bath right next to it. The loft, where bedroom #3 is, also has a separate space with a 42" Roku TV, game/puzzle table. Full kitchen with everything to prep and cook yourself a camp dinner. A side by side fridge with in door ice and water. Incidentally THE best water you'll ever taste. Oven, microwave and dishwasher.Wash tower in the laundry room. Outside is a fire pit (bring your favorite camp chairs) and there is plenty of parking for trailers.
