Rapid River Classic cottage! Summary:Rapid River Classic cottage!The Space:Kick back and relax, sit by a fire inside or outside and watch the Rapid river flow by. Great spot for kids and kids at heart to play in the water, use one of the 5 provided kayaks or fish for monster trout! It's a short paddle to the south end of Torch Lake. This cottage is adorable, well decorated and set up with newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom with the quintessential northern MI cabin feel. Cable and wifi included! Minutes to Torch Lake and the town of Alden! So much to do in the area including skiing at Schuss Mountain 15 min away.You will have one private bedroom plus bunk beds and a pull out couch in the main room. Bedroom has attached bathroom. There are a couple yard games and a hammock. Fire wood is provided.The river is shallow especially in the summer. Kayaks are provided for paddling into torch Lake. There is a large boat launch onto the Torch river right around the corner and room for your boat!Guest Access:The river is shallow especially in the summer.
