Comfortable living and fully equipped kitchen. The garage is also heated and cooled for kids to play ping pong with a large refrigerator for extra food/beverage storage. A sandy beach, private boat ramp and dock is all in this large backyard. Fire pit with 6 plastic Adirondack chairs and Blackstone grill for fun evenings by the water! NO LINENS (SHEETS/TOWELS), PAPER PRODUCTS, CLEANING SUPPLIES, TOILETRIES PROVIDED. Renter is responsible for hauling off all trash. Dumps are nearby.
